How do I know where to begin with my new MedMinder unit?
Your unit comes with a pamphlet containing a QR code that leads to a page with brochures that explains how to start and register your new device. If you do not have the QR code, please click here.

Do I need to have WiFi access at home in order to use MedMinder?
WiFi is not required to use the MedMinder as it comes with a celluar connection. However, we highly recommend connecting to WiFi if you have it available.
What do I need to have at home in order to operate MedMinder?
All you need is a flat steady dry surface to place it on and a wall outlet to plug it into (we do not recommend using extension cords).
What happens if I lose electricity?
In case of a power outage, the device has a rechargeable battery that will last approximately 6-12 hours.
How do I program MedMinder to match my medication schedule?
If you use our pharmacy services, it will be set for you during pharmacy enrollment. If you are renting the device only, the easy step-by-step setup process is done using our online portal at MMConnect. If you need assistance with the setup our Device Support team will be happy to assist you. Please call MedMinder at 888-633-6463.

What do the different color status lights do?
Can someone with a vision or hearing disability use MedMinder?
What if I don’t want to receive all the reminders available, just some of them?
Can I take MedMinder with me if I go away for several days or go away on vacation?
Yes. MedMinder is completely portable. If there is no wireless or WiFi coverage in the area where you are staying, the lights, beeps, and compartment locking functionality will still operate as long as it has power. Phone calls, email and text messages will work when you are back in a wireless coverage area or connected again to WIFI.
Medication Trays: Fills and Refills
What happens if my prescription changes before the next scheduled refill?
If you are not using our pharmacy services simply open the lid and make the needed medication changes (as you would with a simple pillbox). Make any adjustmen to the medication setting.
If you are using our pharmacy services any mid-cycle medication changes are accommodated to ensure an adequate supply until the next cycle delivery. Instructions will be provided on where the new medication should be placed. For urgent medication needs, we recommend picking up the prescription from your local pharmacy and adding it to the device

Who can sign-up for MedMinder pharmacy?
Anyone can sign up for our pharmacy services. Our onboarding team will le you know if there are any restrictions within your state
How many pills could the MedMinder pill dispenser accommodate?
This depends on the size of the pills. The cups are large enough to contain generous amount of pills. Each cup can hold up to 11-12 regular M&Ms.
